Hon. Danjuma Dakim, the esteemed Chairman of the Transition Implementation Committee (TIC) in Barkin Ladi Local Government Council, extended heartfelt appreciation to the members of the Nigeria Legion during the Armed Forces Remembrance Day Celebration at St Joseph’s Catholic Church in Barkin. In a poignant tribute, he acknowledged their unwavering dedication and sacrifices that have played a pivotal role in maintaining national unity and peace.

 

In his address, Hon. Danjuma highlighted the significance of Armed Forces Remembrance Day, a poignant occasion held annually on the 15th of January to honor the valiant individuals who fought tirelessly to maintain the unity of Nigeria. “I salute you,” he declared, acknowledging the sacrifices made by these gallant heroes.
